Yes. Reports gives one row per shift, with breaks, hours and notes, and a total.
I forgot to start the timer. Can I add the shift later?
Yes. Add the start, the end, any break and a note. An end before the start counts as the next day.
Can I use it on a computer?
Yes. In any browser you can run a timer, see your hours and make an invoice.
